About the Role:
We're looking for a
strategic, commercially minded Account Director
to lead a portfolio of key clients, drive growth, and inspire a high-performing account services team.
You'll be the client's trusted partner, understanding their business inside out, delivering outstanding marketing communications, and ensuring every campaign hits objectives, on time and on budget.
This is a role for someone who loves combining strategic thinking, relationship building, and team leadership, all while keeping an eye on the bottom line.

Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Oversee your team's projects, from concept to completion, ensuring excellence every time.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets with precision.
Support and mentor Account Managers and Executives, holding regular 1:1s and appraisals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align on business targets and operational processes.
Represent the agency at client events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Calm, level-headed approach, thrives under pressure and handles challenges with ease.
Strong communication and presentation skills, confident liaising with senior clients.
Proven experience in a marketing agency or property marketing environment.
Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and financial acumen.
