The Role: Account Director



We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced 360 Communications Account Director to join our client services team. In this role, you'll lead high-profile client relationships and deliver standout campaigns across global brands and cultural projects. From strategy to execution, you'll oversee comms, experiential, and content-driven campaigns, ensuring they deliver real impact.

What You'll Do:



Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring outstanding delivery from start to finish. Develop and present compelling campaign strategies that achieve measurable results. Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth. Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support to junior members. Drive new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth. Manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators. Ensure our work is culturally relevant, innovative, and commercially effective.

Requirements



Who You Are:



A confident and strategic client lead with a proven track record in brand, culture, and media campaigns. Highly skilled in translating creative ideas into rigorous, results-driven campaign plans. Adept at managing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. A natural communicator, able to present ideas persuasively to clients and stakeholders. Process-driven and organized, ensuring smooth project execution. Culturally aware, with an instinct for navigating relevant issues and trends. Passionate about partnerships and collaborations that create lasting impact.
