Offline Media channels. Experience with offline media channels and, in particular, TV planning and buying, is essential.
We are an integrated agency and you will get a great opportunity to work across the different departments such as Digital, Labs (Data Science & Analytics) and SEO.
The role is fast-paced and varied with a grounding in data and utilising these insights to drive optimal outcomes for our clients. To this end, the role will suit candidates that are comfortable with and in interested in analysing performance on behalf of out clients. Ideal candidates are commercially savvy but also effective managers and business focused.
How you'll make an impact
You will be trusted with a level of autonomy and accountability to your clients in team in this role under the active support of the Senior Management team and the team that you'll manage. No person is an island but we want to give you the opportunity to own as much as you're comfortable with and make as much of a difference to your clients and team as you can. You will be inquisitive, ask questions and have an innate entrepreneurial spirit that will help you gel with our ambitious client-set.
You will deliver excellent day-to-day client service to your client portfolio as well as strategic planning and problem solving as part of a wider team.
You will be a strong relationship-builder with agency experience - really owning key client day-to-day relationships and leading your team with the support of your team and Senior Management.

Requirements:
4+ years' experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor and print.
Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts
Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channel.
Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
Establishing and managing long term client strategies
Taking an active role in new business generation
A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.

Leading client meetings and relationships
Managing client's business to ensure optimum spend.
Instrumental in strategic team thinking and quality of work
Instigating planning and client related business initiatives
Establishing and managing long-term client strategies
Assessing client satisfaction and profitability
Responsibility for ensuring regular client strategy and status meetings are implemented
Key media owner negotiation and ensuring buying standards are maintained.
Providing Board with insight of client/team/media owner issues
Identification of any new offline media opportunities, and investigate the potential feasibility for ARM clients
Increase offline media 'knowledge' in the agency and lead training programmes where required
