This is a brand-new position in the JCDecaux UK programmatic team. Programmatic adoption has grown significantly in the last few years, and this role will allow us to further our proactivity and consolidate our leadership position in this space. You will act as a true partner to our buyers, ensuring we are 'data driven by default' in our analysis of commercial and campaign performance.
This is a dynamic role that covers areas such as partnerships, product, packaging, strategy and solutions.
Ultimately, this role is built around one of our core principles of being 'dedicated to delivery'. Your duties include taking ownership and being accountable for producing high-quality results that foster the consolidation and growth of revenue opportunities.

Dedicated to Delivery
We aim to be the most trusted media owner in the industry. We produce exceptional proposals, technical set-up, activation, post-campaign analysis and measurement. Clients evangelise our impact on their business. Your responsibilities in this position include:Deliver "work that works" and "campaign delivery that delivers". You will therefore be responsible for leading the output of our Post Campaign Analysis (PCAs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
You will be curious about our buyers' business and provide proactive solutions to grow their confidence and commercial commitment to programmatic
You will try to understand clients' needs - getting ahead of macro trends in the market and anticipating how we may need to adapt our offering and our packaging
You will proactively create and share case studies, JCDecaux developments, recent innovations, etc. with our partners
Work with the Director of Programmatic and Heads of Programmatic to implement the team strategy and support education programs and buyer relationships
Data Driven by Default
We apply data to all our thinking - in our insights, planning, activation and measurement. Our aim to make our internal data predictive, accurate and guide our approach to driving incremental demand. How you will contribute:You excel at data storytelling
Partner with JCDecaux's Data and Insights team to gain extensive knowledge of our measurement tools and their application in programmatic campaigns. Whilst also creating solutions that are 'programmatic-first' and package these solutions for our clients
Create 'learning agendas' for clients. You will coach our clients on how JCDecaux can support deeper learning on campaign effectiveness and work proactively to build roadmaps of measurement and effectiveness studies
You will be responsible for creating a templated approach to our PCAs and constantly iterate as we evolve our measurement solutions
Create and deliver our QBRs with key buyers to summarise recent activity and proactively make recommendations on future work and 'test and learn' initiatives
Demand obsessed
We are so passionate about pDOOH that everyone wants to be come on our journey: Advertisers, DSPs, Holdco's, OOH Specialists, Media Agencies, Independent Agencies, Digital Agencies, Barter, even other media owners. We chase every revenue opportunity. How you'll be involved:Work closely with the sales / demand teams to understand what our partners need and creating solutions
Build relationships with DSPs, Media and Digital Agencies, Clients and Trading Desks to grow programmatic revenue for JCDecaux
Actively participate in customised buyer planning sessions, hosting, presenting, and educating key collaborators, both internally and externally, about programmatic OOH's impact on the media mix
Working closely with the Demand team, devise engagement plans and business development strategies
You will package up the best we have to offer across the JCDecaux business and devise additional solutions that will engage buyers and create demand
Strategize with the Demand team to understand how they are pacing for revenue across all our buying points and create solutions to further drive revenue growth
Distinctiveness and Differentiation
Programmatic is still relatively nascent, so we advocate the benefits of this route to market. In some cases, we champion OOH full stop. We create differentiation for JCDecaux within the OOH ecosystem and competitive set but also across all other digital media owners. Your role within this:Simplifying the complex - programmatic can often get bogged down in jargon and can feel intimidating. You will develop content and solutions deeply grounded in the advantages of programmatic as a route to market
Working closely with the Head of Programmatic Operations to determine areas we need to automate and evolve. This will include providing recommendations to our Supply Side Platform (SSP) partner VIOOH and working with our internal Demand Side Platform (DSP) Displayce to provide insights on project management or suggest development requirements
Working in close collaboration with Data and Insights to ensure we have programmatic-first and programmatic optimised measurement and evaluation solutions
You will work with marketing to ensure we are delivering thought leadership
You will also work alongside marketing to help amplify our solutions
