euNetworks has an excellent track record delivering fibre-based solutions to the International Carrier Wholesale market. The market has expanded significantly in recent years and is forecast to continue growing rapidly. Coupled with euNetworks' continued and significant investment in the development of European fibre networks, this growth presents an opportunity for a senior sales person to join our account team.
Two Wholesale accounts with International brands have been allocated to this position, and you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to drive major deals and contribute innovative ideas to support this dynamic sector.
You will have the support of our excellent Sales Engineering team, which includes multiple engineers and additional account support for these accounts. You will work closely with our Network Development, A&E, and Product teams to achieve your goals and have the opportunity to build strong relationships within the customer base.
What will you be doing?
Working alongside the Client Director, you will be jointly responsible for all aspects of the relationship with two key cloud customers.
Forging positive relationships throughout your customers' organisations, allowing you to fully understand both company and individual motivations and requirements.
Utilising the knowledge gained from previous roles and at euNetworks to ensure that day-to-day business is conducted in a manner that achieves and maintains customer satisfaction, including the prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
Collaborating with the team to develop strategies that will enable euNetworks to continue growing profitable revenues with your customers by understanding their future needs and ensuring euNetworks develops networks and solutions to match.
Leading the virtual team supporting your accounts, both in terms of BAU (Business as Usual) operations and future development, including integration, automation, and innovative new products and solutions.
Leading interactions with other euNetworks teams such as Network Development and Products
Effectively and efficiently managing sales activity through Salesforce.com, paying particular attention to data integrity.
We'd like you to bring to us
Significant sales experience including time in the telecom wholesale market, managing tier 1 accounts.
An entrepreneurial mindset to approach challenges with innovative thinking, ownership and drive.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing complex accounts in the digital infrastructure, wholesale space.
Effective people skills with the ability to guide and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Effective communication skills with customers, colleagues and partners.
Strong negotiation skills.
Great organisation and attention to detail.
The ability and instinct to take responsibility and lead from the front.
A solid technical overview of fibre and DWDM networking, with a willingness andaptitude to become proficient and confidence in participating in technical discussions with customers
A good overview of the European business telecoms market, particularly in terms of wholesale requirements
Ideally, we'd also like:
Knowledge of system integrator / digital transformation market is a benefit.
A good knowledge of optical engineering, including the latest developments.
The ability to lead a technical conversation with customers on DWDM, spectrum and fibre.
