Who are we looking for?
As Account Executive, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.
You will contribute to client accounts to provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success, deliver excellent levels of service and make a positive impact on the environment.
What you'll do:
Support the Account Manager with the client agency relationship and customer experience
Collaborate across the account management team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service execution
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, working to understand the client business, goals and challenges
Support the Account Manager in the creation, development, and communication of solution methodologies and commercial frameworks that optimise our full service, global and responsible proposition
Collaborate with the internal service delivery teams to ensure that the client needs are met
Ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date with the current status of key tasks in support of delivery to deadlines
Support the reporting process, ensuring accurate and insightful data is presented to clients for informed decision-making
Maintain and updating all cost management systems to support the Account Manager with accurate and timely submission of quotes and invoices
Act as an ambassador for the company by proactively promoting the business
What you'll need:
Previous experience working as a account executive
Previous experience working alongside clients
The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
An understanding of client management and developing relationships
* Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
