The Role



As we embark on the next stage of our growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive. This is a key role and will play a significant part in achieving our sales targets and objectives with a focus on customers with 5,000 - 10,000 employees.

We're looking for a results-driven "rainmaker" with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage and close customer prospects. A core part of the role will be to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities



Become an expert on AI-driven talent solutions Predict, Attract, Convert as part our talent acquisition engine. Gain an in depth understanding of the talent acquisition process in large enterprise organisations. Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers. Establish, develop, and manage relationships with prospects and accounts within your assigned industry. Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Demonstrate and sell value across all key stakeholders. Engage with customer leads through prospecting, cold outreach and events. Achieve agreed upon sales targets. Analyse territory and market potential. Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Dynamics 365. Owning the sales process end to end - including client meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation and close.

Skills & Experience



Experience selling to Director/VP/C Suite level - HR, Talent Acquisition, CTO and Procurement teams. A "Rainmaker" with a track record who is comfortable "eating what you kill" 3+ years sales experience in HR Tech sales, Talent Acquisition Solutions, and/or Enterprise Sales. Technically savvy. Proficient using CRM and other tools (our techstack comprises of Dynamics 365, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoomforth). Skilled in face to face, virtual presentations, online product demos, remote sales processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Desirable: knowledge of the recruitment process and talent acquisition, and/or experience of in-house recruitment and/or agency recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
