THE ROLE



The On The Tools Client Services team leads the delivery of exciting video-first, social media campaigns for the UK's largest trade and construction brands.

As an

Account Executive

, you'll support day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of clients, working closely with our social, creative and video production teams to help produce best-in-class content.

This role is

hands-on in social media, content coordination and project management

, and is perfect for:

A confident, social media-savvy AE Someone with marketing experience looking to move into agency account management A future AM who wants a clear progression path
You'll gain genuine responsibility, exposure to shoots, client meetings and campaign planning, all while being supported by Account Managers and Account Directors.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT



Take ownership of the administrative tasks required to support your client accounts, ensuring all project information is accurate and up to date. Attend WIP calls and client meetings alongside the AM/AD, preparing agendas, taking notes and circulating actions. Learn the client's sector, competitors, audiences and objectives, and use this understanding to support campaign planning. Take client feedback and accurately brief amendments back to Creative, Social and Production teams (with support from AM/AD as needed). Build strong relationships with day-to-day client contacts, establishing trust and reliability. Share any relevant industry or platform insights with internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing. Build a sound understanding of client brand guidelines to ensure content is checked before internal reviews. Assist in producing post-campaign reports, ensuring data is accurate and insights are meaningful.

SOCIAL MEDIA / DIGITAL MARKETING



Support with planning and scheduling content for social-first campaigns and retained clients. Help build and maintain content calendars and asset lists. Monitor platform performance and pull analytics from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to support campaign reports. Keep up to date with social trends, formats and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to internal creative sessions. Support community management where required, ensuring brand tone of voice is maintained. Learn how our channels operate and understand our content pillars, values and audience behaviours.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT



Set up projects in Asana, ensuring all departments have the information they need to deliver efficiently. Track project progress, updating status sheets and escalating any concerns to the AM/AD promptly. Attend shoots as required, supporting the production team and helping ensure deliverables match the brief. Gain a working understanding of budget trackers and how projects are costed. Proofread content before AM/AD review, checking accuracy, spelling, guidelines and alignment with the brief. Build strong internal relationships with Social, Creative, Production, and Commercial teams.

NEW BUSINESS



Support the team by coordinating diaries, booking meetings and preparing documents as required. Observe pitch preparation and presentations to learn how we approach proposals and creative solutions.

THE DETAIL



Salary: From 25,000 pro rata per annum

Holidays: 30 days per year, plus 3 days over Christmas and 2 days of well-being days
