Gallagher are looking for a confident and motivated Account Executive to maintain and service new and existing business for clients. Do you enjoy helping others and providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to?

• Actively seek and respond to all new business opportunities whilst exceeding your targets. There is a strong focus here on the monetary goals but more importantly, how you engage with your clients and the impact on our reputation within the market.
• Focus on the needs of your retail customers, we offer a broad range of services and products so you\'ll have plenty of chances to upsell.
• Contributing to our overall target, you\'re a strong performer, great teammate, and act with the highest integrity.
• You attend trade related dinners, AGM\xe2\x80\x99s, trade shows, expo\xe2\x80\x99s etc. able to rely heavily on your interpersonal skills and ability to network at all levels to seize new opportunities.
• Your outstanding communication skills and powers to negotiate effectively get you the most appropriate terms with Underwriters and Insurers.
• You present a dynamic and professional image of our company to everyone you meet, actively encouraging open dialogue about our industry and how we\xe2\x80\x99re experts in our field.

Qualifications:

• Holding/working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent with a strong working knowledge of general insurance products, services, classes of insurance.
• Strong knowledge of client market and insurance industry network, London Market, Lloyds and Industry.
• Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes
• Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority
• Generate and driving new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Actively deal with ambiguity and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
• Continually building your industry knowledge and seeking development
• Eligible to work in the UK
