Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will work with prospects who have actively expressed interest in our solution. Your role is to understand their situation, provide clear recommendations, and guide them through a structured decision-making process.
Your On-Target Earnings (OTE) are realistic, transparent, and uncapped - fully dependent on your consistency and work ethic.
Responsibilities
Contacting inbound leads (no cold calling).
Qualifying potential clients based on clear criteria.
Consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.
Leading prospects through the sales process until closing.
Maintaining the CRM and keeping all sales activities clearly documented.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and target audiences.
Operating with clear daily KPIs (qualified calls, booked meetings, response times).
Requirements
Excellent German skills in spoken and written form.
Experience in phone sales, business development, or customer contact is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a structured approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Motivation to grow in a performance-driven setting.
Basic understanding of digital products or marketing is beneficial.
