Job Description


  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Evangelize Entropik with passion and energy
  • Achieve monthly quotas of closed business
  • Initiate, develop and maintain executive level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers
  • Understand target customers business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate Entropik\'s value proposition at the executive level
  • Close complex transactions and be willing to get into the trenches with the team
  • Reporting on all aspects of the business to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition and financial performance targets.
  • Working closely with other teams; field marketing, outbound sales development to drive market awareness and build a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of software/SaaS sales experience in an individual contributor and management role.
  • At least 3 years of UX/ UI Sales experience.
  • Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability in the software industry.
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Hunt and close aggressively while owning the sales cycle
  • Sell value and demonstrate through sales leadership.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline development and management.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed with a passion to succeed.
  • Must be analytical and metrics-driven through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Natural ability to run fast while exercising sound judgment
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST
  • Motivated and comfortable working remotely in a home office
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship building skills
