BiP are recruiting for an Account Executive to join our Public Sales team. We are delighted to bring the role to the market, because of the brilliant Fraser Neilson's (include LinkedIn profile) well deserved progression into the role of Business Development Manager.

The Role



Firstly, you'll be working with a talented, knowledgeable and supportive team. The team are delivering some great results and building strong momentum which makes us very excited about the period ahead.

This is a well-established role within the team structure but through a review of how we want to grow our presence in the market, we have evolved the role profile to ensure it is not only about providing a wide range of account support to our Business Development Manager, to now also have the opportunity to acquire, and retain, your own customer base.

What's Involved



This role provides genuine variety in respect of how it aligns to supporting the delivery of the commercial objectives of the team. Here's some of the activities you will be involved in: -

Gaining an in-depth knowledge of our products and systems - overtime, you'll evolve to being an ambassador of our portfolio. Onboarding of clients; and delivering a great client experience. Attending, and representing the team, across our events portfolio. Developing knowledge and execution of full sales-cycle to acquire new customers. Continually learning about of our market and developing key external relationships through a range of out-reach measures, including LinkedIn.

More About You



In terms of your background, you'll combine a blend of sales experience covering both acquisition and account management. If would be great if that was from a technology-based environment but we'll support you developing a detailed knowledge and understanding of our products, systems and our market.

Beyond your sales experience, you'll complement the team through demonstrating positivity, curiosity and a pro-active mindset. Our resourcing model is based on recruiting Account Executive's and supporting their development and progression to the role of Business Development Manager. You are therefore maybe at a stage of your career, where you want to build on your initial sales experience and move into a broader role and in an environment which supports your ambitions.
