- Project Manager (Production): Ensuring smooth delivery of creative projects - from discovery calls to shoot
scheduling and post-production.
- Account Manager (Sales): Nurturing client relationships, spotting opportunities to grow accounts, and
ensuring clients are excited to keep working with SCOPIC.
You'll be the key link between our clients and the creative team, helping to deliver standout work, on time and
on budget - while growing accounts and deepening client relationships.
Project Management Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate discovery calls with clients
Take detailed notes, download and file recordings, update Monday.com
Send follow-up actions and notes to clients post-call
Schedule and book shoots with clients and freelancers
Manage production schedules and timelines across SCOPIC's internal calendar
Ensure productions are delivered on budget
Source and book actors, locations, props, transport and accommodation
Handle site access and permits on behalf of clients
Coordinate pre-production and post-production drafts with clients
Follow up on feedback and approvals
Upload and maintain project data in Monday.com
Submit expenses and supplier invoices to Accounts
Participate actively in weekly production meetings
Account Management Responsibilities:
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients - ensure they're always happy and engaged
Take the lead on resolving any client issues quickly and positively
Identify and secure new work from existing clients (upsells, repeat business, repurposing content)
Pitch creative ideas that meet clients' content goals and expand their spend
Prepare and present quotes, proposals and budgets
Log deals and activities in the CRM system
Conduct bi-annual client review calls and annual content planning conversations
Provide weekly sales and account reports to the Head of Sales
Request and share client feedback with internal teams
Meet with key clients face-to-face where appropriate
Collaborate with Sales Executives on major opportunities
Support the goal of 1-3 new client wins per month
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experience in account management, project coordination or production management - ideally within creative, media, or agency settings
Super organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident in managing multiple projects and priorities
A people-person who builds trust quickly and can lead client conversations
Comfortable with digital tools like Monday.com, CRMs, and Google Workspace
Experience with creative or production processes (desirable)
A commercial mindset - you can spot growth opportunities and close them
