Account Executive

to join our team. This is a new, cross-functional role offering exposure across account management, business development, and strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.


The ideal candidate thrives on variety, is highly organised, and is keen to learn. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting client-facing teams, contributing to business growth, and helping deliver high-impact experiences.

What You'll Bring



Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and help prioritise tasks. Interest in brands, marketing, events, and trade shows, with curiosity about what drives audience engagement. Knowledge of social media, particularly LinkedIn, and a keen interest in technology and digital innovations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Adobe skills are advantageous. Collaborative mindset and eagerness to support a growing team.

Account Management Support



Assist Account teams with day-to-day organisational tasks, including meeting preparation, agendas, and note-taking. Coordinate with Business Development and Strategy teams to track project status and deliverables. Support creation and development of client presentations. Training will include: + Evaluating client tasks and developing briefs
+ Reviewing creative work and design concepts
+ Managing client meetings and communications
+ Liaising with vendors and clients, including negotiation support

Business Development Support



Collaborate with the New Business Director to document and track all new and developing leads. Accurately update Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) with lead and pipeline information. Prepare weekly sales reports on pipeline activity. Assist Account teams in producing timely sales materials for client meetings and presentations.

Strategy Support



Conduct brand and client research to inform account and business development strategies. Gather and organise materials to support presentations and client proposals.
