The Role




As an Account Executive within the International Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in managing allocated export customer accounts and supporting departmental operational activities, in-line with agreed KPIs, budgets and customer requirements. Our International Sales Team works closely with global Aid Agencies and Charities as well as private and public markets to provide high quality, affordable healthcare to the people that need it most.


What will you be doing?




Key Responsibilities Include:


Coordinate all sales and procurement activities related to allocated export customer accounts. Actively engage and build relationships with assigned customer accounts and any associated supply partners. Support communication with other internal functions and key stakeholders to support sales, orders and operational activities. Support the International Sales Management team and wider business to ensure all operational administrative requirements are fulfilled and accurate document traceability is maintained. Ensure continued analysis of sales data and orders to support supply and sales forecasting. Support new international business leads and tender submissions to maximise opportunities for department growth. Adhere to self-imposed and departmental KPIs, identifying activities within the wider team to maximise success and impact for the department. Maintaining awareness of existing and new legislation/guidance relating to EU and UK GXP.

The Person



You will have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a keen eye for detail. You should also have experience working to deadlines, with the ability to remain focused and organised.





Excellent IT skills including Word, Outlook, Teams, etc. MS Excel Skills to an intermediate level. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Focused, organised with ability to multitask. Willingness to learn and develop. Flexibility and adaptability. Strong commercial acumen. Proficient in English, written and spoken. Experience in a Sales or Customer Service role. Experience in communicating and establishing partner relationships. Experience in analysing sales data, forecasting and reporting/presentations. Experience of procurement and negotiation. Experience in export and/or import processes and documentation
