Key Responsibilities

Quoting and Pricing:
+ Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for client projects

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
Strategic Planning:
+ Develop comprehensive account plans to drive growth and retention
+ Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account
+ Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
+ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
Communication and Reporting:
+ Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
