Are you a confident and client-focused Commercial Account Executive looking to take the next step in your broking career?
We're partnering with a respected and expanding insurance broker that's on the lookout for an experienced Account Executive to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients across a range of industries - from manufacturing and construction to professional services and retail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Work with internal Account Handlers to deliver seamless, professional service
• Design tailored insurance programmes that meet each client's unique risk profile
• Negotiate with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a Commercial Account Executive or Senior Account Handler role
• Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products (property, liability, packages, etc.)
• A consultative, solutions-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable handling your own book or developing new business
• Cert CII (or working towards) preferred - support available if not already qualified
