Youll be signing some of the biggest names in commercial real estate, managing deals with an average order value of 350k, and owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting all the way to close and beyond.Youll work closely with our BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify the right agencies and firms, understand their pain points, and help them see how Kato can become the backbone of their business.Theres already strong demand but this role is about more than taking orders. Youll need to be strategic, curious, and proactive. Youll own key relationships, navigate complex orgs, and help us win logos that move the needle.What Youll Be Doingxf0x9fx8exaf Own the full sales cycle - Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close. Youll be responsible for hitting your own number and driving new ARR.xf0x9fx8exaf Strategic selling - Youll be selling into senior stakeholders (MDs, Heads of Agency, Investment Directors) and need to tailor your approach to each opportunity.xf0x9fx8exaf Upsell and expand - You wont just win the deal...youll grow it. That means identifying cross-sell and expansion plays from the start.xf0x9fx8exaf Demo like a pro - Become fluent in Katos product and value prop, and lead compelling, tailored demos that get people bought in fast.xf0x9fx8exaf Work with our growth engine - Partner with BDRs to target the right prospects and with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns.xf0x9fx8exaf Build relationships that last - From first meeting through post-close handover, youll be a trusted point of contact and strategic advisor.Youll Be Great If You...

  • Have 4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into mid-market or enterprise orgs.
  • Have experience closing deals and managing a 3500k+ ARR quota.
  • Are confident generating your own pipeline - youre not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Know how to sell consultatively and handle multiple stakeholders and buying cycles.
  • Have a knack for building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Bonus: Youve worked in (or sold into) commercial real estate or other complex, relationship-driven industries.
