. You'll be responsible for building relationships with studios, production houses, and content creators, driving new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our client base.
Responsibilities:
Target account alignment and outreach strategy
-- identifying the right buyers within target companies, working closely with the SDR to ensure effective engagement and coverage, and conducting day-to-day sales activities (calls, emails, follow-ups, meetings).
Full-cycle client relationship management
-- owning the client journey from first contact to project completion, including onboarding, communication during delivery, ongoing relationship management, CRM updates, and account growth.
Contract support
-- coordinating with legal and production teams to ensure proposals and agreements are accurate, feasible, and aligned with ethical standards.
Conference and event participation
-- representing Respeecher at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities to support outreach and deal-making.
Internal coordination
-- collaborating with marketing, production, and product teams to ensure smooth execution, client satisfaction, and clear feedback loops.
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of sales or business development experience (media, entertainment, tech, or agency background is a plus).
A self-starter with a hunter mindset: energetic, motivated, and ready to close deals.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Passion for entertainment, storytelling, and new technologies.
