Job Description

We are seeking an (Driven, Ambitious, Motivated) Account Executive to help continue to drive our revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and managing opportunities from initiation through close. This position is a full-cycle field sales role, that is responsible for developing relationships and driving opportunities.


In this role, your responsibilities will include:




Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for Newforma solutions. Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect or customer. Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and tailor presentations to address specific customer challenges. Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS products and their features. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our SaaS solutions. Address customer questions and objections effectively. Manage and drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to align strategies and maximize customer value. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets.



Requirements for the position include:




3-7 Years Experience in a Sales or customer facing role. Located in EMEA with the ability to travel up to 25%. Fluent French speaker preferred. Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if dealing with international clients. Established track record of successful SaaS or software sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Nice to have qualification for this position include:




Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field. Experience working with or selling to Construction, Architecture and Engineering organization is a plus.
