The role...

Pirical is looking to hire an Account Executive with the ambition and energy needed to really accelerate our growth across the US Market where you will be responsible for selling our Pirical Legal Professionals too law firms. The main focus of this role will be to manage the full sales cycle, but you will also spend time building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with key contacts at some of the biggest law firms. You have the chance to join us at a really exciting time in our journey as we look to expand that reputation across the globe.

Role Responsibilities...

Build and nurture a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, inbound qualification, and trusted referral channels.
Lead consultative discovery calls and engaging product demos, tailoring Pirical's value to each client's needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that align with company growth goals and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring CRM data reflects real-time progress and next steps.
Represent Pirical at industry events, dinners, and conferences, strengthening relationships and brand visibility.
Share market insights and competitive intelligence with Product and Data teams to shape roadmap priorities.
Mentor and support junior sales colleagues, fostering best practices in prospecting, discovery, and closing.
The person...

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, data, or professional services environments.
2+ years' experience in or alongside Customer Success or Customer Support teams.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle--from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
Strong grasp of customer success dynamics, including product adoption, renewals, and relationship management.
Skilled in consultative selling, adapting messages and demos to senior stakeholders across HR, Talent, and Partner groups.
Confident communicator and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), using data to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
Proactive, organised, and self-driven--comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Clear and engaging communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills.
