THE ROLE
This role is part of the New Business Department, which is responsible for driving new revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of New Business, this is a 100% new business acquisition role. You'll be working to source, prospect, qualify, present and close new business...and all the things in between. You will be selling our solutions, helping developers be more successful across the pre-construction stage, from sourcing land, assessing sites, running financial appraisals to community engagement.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive New Business growth:
run full 360 sales cycle from prospecting to close and exceed targets
Lead Generation, Prospecting and Qualification:
identify, research and prospect ICPs
Discovery, Demos and Objection Handling:
determine prospect challenges, strategy and goals and position and sell LandTech value add
Pipeline Management:
continually build & maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking and move prospects through opportunity to close
Reporting and Forecasting:
maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular, accurate forecasts to management
Solution Selling:
build pipeline and make sales across the solution suite - LandInsight, Appraisal Tool, Give My View
Collaboration:
work closely with marketing (sales materials, campaigns), customer success (for smooth onboarding of new clients) and product (innovation) teams
Industry Expert:
be an industry expert in residential development plus 1 other ICP, stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
EDUCATION BACKGROUND & TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years as an Account Executive or SDR at a SaaS company
B2B sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Good familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement platforms
Experience in the property industry is a plus
