Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and engage prospective clients within the asset management and alternatives space. Utilize a consultative approach to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in maximizing the value of our CRM.
Market Insight:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to effectively position Foliometrics in the market.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecast opportunities, and track performance against targets using our CRM system.
Continuous Improvement:
Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to enhance personal performance and contribute to team success.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM sales, preferably selling related solutions in the financial services or asset management industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to meet evolving client needs and market conditions.
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.
Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to contribute positively to the team culture.
