THE ROLE




We're looking for a bright Account Executive to join our growing team, full-time, working across some of our key culture clients.


The ideal candidate will be obsessive about street culture, music and entertainment, with a keen understanding of current social platforms, trends and personalities.


You'll work on music, culture, and entertainment-focused campaigns that span PR, events, creative talent and content


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Daily client contact: account management to ensure the timely flow of project information Team communications: helping keep team updated on projects and on time with delivery Briefing and managing third parties - freelance support, suppliers, couriers etc Ownership of day-to-day administration, e.g. meeting notes, contact reports and weekly client updates Contribute to creative and strategic sessions to develop ideas and plans for new work Researching and recommending talent ideas to maximize social and influencer opportunities Managing talent and influencers at live events Building & nurturing relationships with media, creators and opinion leaders for future projects

THE IDEAL PERSON



A tenacious and ambitious junior with proven experience and a positive attitude Passionate about music, street culture and trends A solid understanding of how brands operate within the cultural world Highly active and personally interested in the music and cultural scenes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Media & platform savvy - fluent with range of media outlets, key influencers, and various social platforms to stay close to cultural news agenda and trends Organised, results-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once A proactive self-starter who is able to use initiative to make things happen
