Do you want to play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth company? We're looking for an experienced

Account Executive,

someone who can confidently engage with C-suite level individuals, win new business and grow existing accounts.


This is a critical role at a pivotal stage, you'll be part of a small, ambitious team driving revenue.

Our partners include companies at the forefront of AI, fintech and beyond. This is not a role for passengers. You'll need to be comfortable building from scratch, figuring things out fast, and taking full ownership of results.

What You'll Do



Prospect to C-suite level individuals and senior stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach to close Build and nurture long-term client relationships, expanding accounts and driving additional revenue streams Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience Shape and improve outbound, account management and sales processes Represent the business at a senior level, building credibility and trust with decision makers


What We're Looking For



Experience

: Strong experience in B2B sales with exposure selling to C-suite stakeholders.


Achievements

: Strong track record of closing deals and growing accounts.

Skills

:

Effective building rapport with senior stakeholders Excellent communicator with strong business acumen (not necessarily technical) Proven ability to manage both prospecting, closing and account growth in parallel Ability to create processes, not just follow them

Mindset

: Commercially sharp, resilient, proactive and ambitious.

Personality

: Gravitas to hold your own at C-level; energy and persistence to open doors and drive results.

Education

: No formal qualifications required -- results and attitude matter more.
