About the Role
We're hiring an
Account Executive
to own the full sales cycle--from prospecting and qualifying to closing and expansion. You'll work directly with marketing leaders and founders in the crypto, gaming and FinTech space, supported by a strong GTM team, and reporting to an experienced Sales Director.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves storytelling through data, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to help define the playbook for selling one of the most innovative AdTech platforms in crypto.
Key Responsibilities
Carry and exceed a personal revenue quota
through a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities.
Prospect strategically:
research, outreach, and engage with decision-makers at top Web3, FinTech, and gaming companies.
Build and qualify pipeline
across multiple regions and verticals, ensuring healthy coverage each quarter.
Craft compelling offers and proposals
tailored to client goals -- balancing creativity with commercial rigor.
Lead the full sales cycle
: discovery, demo, solution design, negotiation, and close.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and identify new vertical opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
, ensuring transparency and predictability.
Represent Addressable
at client meetings and industry events, positioning our platform as the category leader.
Requirements:
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in
B2B SaaS sales
, ideally in
MarTech, AdTech, or Data Analytics
.
Proven ability to
meet or exceed quota
in consultative, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience or strong interest in
Web3, Crypto, or FinTech
ecosystems (Advantage).
Excellent communication skills -- both analytical and storytelling.
A
data-first mindset
with comfort in explaining metrics like ROI, CAC, and attribution.
