Your Role:

Client Engagement

: Initiate contact with new clients and nurture existing relationships.

Communication

: Prepare and send correspondence via email or phone.

Sourcing

: Work directly with international suppliers to source promotional products and manage the full campaign lifecycle.

Professionalism

: Handle incoming calls confidently to maintain our professional image.

Efficiency

: Provide a fast turnaround on quotes & meet deadlines

Organisation & an eye for detail

: accuracy and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Experience

: 1 year of sales experience or equivalent (desired).

Self-Motivation

: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel & Word); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Presentation

: Smart, presentable, with a helpful and polite attitude.

Attention to Detail

: Ensure all work is accurate and sense-checked.

Communication

: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships.

Organization

: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize workloads effectively.
