Job Description

Outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working and entrepreneurial individual to join our Managed Services Sales Team. MRI is looking for a high-performing individual to represent its industry-leading Managed Service in EMEA. The salesperson will be responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, assessing prospect value, demonstrating value, accurately forecasting sales figures and exceeding sales targets. You will have an opportunity to sell the service across a broad range of real estate solutions. This target-driven role is primarily office-based in London (hybrid working) and there will be some travel visiting prospects and clients as well attending marketing events.

RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Go To Market campaigns by providing insights based on identified trends and opportunities. Take ownership of outreach and qualify opportunities as they occur. Confidently present the Managed Service offering and discuss client requirements and pain points in detail. Act as a subject matter expert, answering queries and providing assurances regarding the service. Fully understand the client's business processes, expectations and articulate the value of managed services. Maximise opportunities for recurring long term managed services revenue. Collaborate with Salespeople, Account Managers and the wider Managed Services team to negotiate acceptable terms with the client. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual booking targets and objectives. Work closely with other stakeholders within the business such as Services, Legal, Sales Operations and Marketing. Follow company procedures and ensure Salesforce and other systems are kept up to date to reflect all sales activity. Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts within Salesforce. Manage your pipeline of opportunities from enquiry through to closure through Salesforce and liaise with the relevant Salesperson or Account Manager when working on joint opportunities.

REQUIREMENTSMust have experience in the property management sector, ideally coming from a managing agent. The candidate must understand the business processes around property accounting and lease administration in detail to be successful in this role. Track record of achievement operating in a target driven environment. Ideally a minimum of 3-years sales experience. Demonstrates the ability to lead opportunities through the full sales cycle and successfully close deals. Comfortable working with C-Suite. Team player and low ego. Hungry for success, always looking for ways to improve and learn. Ability to organise/manage own workload and use initiative to create opportunities.
