What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process -- from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close. You'll work closely with SDRs, marketing, and other internal teams to build and manage a high-quality pipeline, while engaging directly with HR and C-suite stakeholders to uncover challenges and present tailored solutions. Your goal will be to drive new business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and contribute to the continued success of the Perkbox.
Day-to-day you can expect to:
Work with
Mid-Market and
Enterprise companies (predominantly within the 100-999 employees) where you'll consult with key stakeholders (HR and C-suite) to identify their business challenges and pain-points that can be solved through using our solutions
Conduct Sales Presentations
. Demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits that address their needs
Negotiate Contracts
. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
Work directly with the SDR team, training and collaborating with them to build a pipeline in the 100-2000 employee space
Successfully self-generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking
Collaborate with Internal Teams
. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment
To be successful, you'll have:

. A deep understanding of sales techniques, the ability to navigate the sales cycle, and expertise in negotiating and closing deals

. The ability to engage in consultative selling, understanding prospect pain points and tailoring our solutions to meet their specific needs, whilst building trust and rapport

60-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
Final Interview and task with two members of the team
