We're hiring an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business and grow strategic accounts for a high-impact observability platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving product company thats helping engineering and DevOps teams improve reliability, performance, and insight across complex systems.



You'll work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and leadership to identify opportunities, run tailored demos, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:




Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract close Develop a deep understanding of the observability landscape and our product offering Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Run discovery sessions and work with pre-sales to tailor solutions to client needs Negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet revenue targets Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and outbound campaigns Build long-term relationships and identify expansion opportunities within key accounts

What You Need:




Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in DevOps, infrastructure, or observability tooling Strong understanding of modern cloud environments and how engineering teams work Excellent communication and consultative selling skills Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage or scale-up environment Self-motivated and confident running outbound sales processes
