You will play a vital support role in bringing creative media campaigns to life. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and other internal departments, you'll assist in the smooth running of campaigns from initial pitch to final delivery, ensuring our high standards of service are met at every stage. You'll help drive revenue by supporting the development of sales collateral, managing campaign administration, and responding to client needs with efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Client Support (40%)
: Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and wider team to ensure client briefs are fulfilled from pitch to posting, maintaining Global's high standards of service. Assist with day-to-day administration, including presentations, campaign updates and internal processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%)
: Build strong internal relationships across teams including Planning, Production, Franchise and Delivery to support the seamless execution of campaigns. Contribute to presentations, asset development, and client comms that help win new business and drive revenue.
Knowledge Building & Market Engagement (30%)
: Develop a deep understanding of Global's Creative Solutions portfolio and processes, including media formats, production constraints and regulatory requirements (e.g., HFSS, H&S). Join site surveys, support campaign launches, and help bring new creative opportunities to life.
