This role requires end-to-end ownership of managing and orchestrating leaders externally and internally to Malaberg. Acting as a central resource to facilitate phenomenal work. As the front face representing our company your ability to stay on top of the details at a macro strategic level and micro day-to-day Weill be crucial for success.

The Key Part You Play...



You will be the primary orchestrator and relationship guardian for Malaberg's most high-profile partnerships. A trusted liaison between our brands and established ambassadors or third party talent whom we work with. Your mission is to make these partnerships run flawlessly and deliver. Getting everything we can out of the talent and team to produce legendary work.

What You'll Be Doing



Executive Relationship Management:

Act as the single, polished point of contact for the ambassador and the ambassadors entire management team. You will be expected to provide incredible interaction and service, ensure clarity, diplomacy, and impeccable responsiveness.

Commitment & Contract Orchestration:

Meticulously track and manage all partnership commitments. This includes deliverables, campaign shoot dates, press appearances, exclusivity windows, approval timelines, and all contractual obligations.

Proactive Planning & Logistics:

Anticipate needs before they arise. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive briefing notes, managing some travel and event logistics, and proactively clearing approvals to ensure everyone involved in various teams knows what's coming next.

Internal Bridge-Building:

Serve as the central hub of communication internally. You will liaise between Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure the promises made externally are delivered internally without friction.

Ambassador Engagement:

Maintain ambassador excitement and trust through small, thoughtful touches. This includes managing product feedback loops, sharing previews, and strategy updates.

Qualifications & Skills



Required Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in account management, talent relations or a related field. Talent Management: Direct experience working with public figures, celebrities, or athletes and their respective management teams. Organisational Excellence: You are a world-class project manager. You are obsessed with detail, live by your trackers and timelines, and never let a deliverable slip overdue. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information with polish, clarity, and diplomacy. High Emotional Intelligence: You can "read the room," navigate personalities, build trust with senior-level management tea, and handle sensitive situations with discretion. Poise Under Pressure: Calm, professional, and resourceful when faced with tight deadlines and high-stakes challenges. Understanding of contracts and deliverables. Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate problems and prepare solutions before they become an issue.
