Joining a longstanding, dynamic local team striving to provide excellent advice to businesses across Ryedale & Whitby, you will be tasked with renewing an existing book of Commercial accounts and the primary task of increasing new business sales in the wider insurance market. If you have worked in the insurance or sales industry and are looking for an exciting change of direction or have a track record of proven sales, we are very excited to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Duties

Renewing and cross selling to an existing book of Commercial accounts.

Driving new business sales in the Wider Commercial Insurance markets.

Reporting into Agency Manager, you will be expected to hit a structured programme of sales targets in a competitive environment.

Identify opportunities to cross sell a wide range of general insurance, risk management and financial products to new and existing customers.

Qualifications and Skills

Driven individual with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Personable and social character who has experience of dealing with commercial professionals.

Strong attention to detail and compliance, with a requirement to complete an extensive programme of product licensing and training.
