The Role As an
Account Executive
, you'll own the
entire sales cycle
-- from prospecting and discovery to demo and close. You'll sell into schools, multi-academy trusts, and educational organisations, helping them adopt a best-in-class SaaS CRM that's setting new standards in the market.
You'll work closely with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market messaging, identify new opportunities, and play a key role in driving early-stage growth.
Responsibilities
Manage the full 360 sales cycle - from lead generation to close.
Conduct demos, manage pipelines, and build trusted relationships with clients.
Sell into Education (schools, academies, trusts) and expand into new markets.
Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and leadership to refine strategy.
Hit and exceed sales targets in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Requirements
Proven success as an
Account Executive, BDM, or 360 Salesperson
.
Experience in
SaaS, EdTech, or RecTech sales
preferred.
Backgrounds in recruitment or education sales welcome.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ambitious, driven, and motivated by earning potential.
