We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a role focused on supporting our SME client base.
You will drive engagement, boost retention, and increase conversion by connecting with customers through outbound contact and delivering impactful product webinars that highlight the value of SEB (Sage Employee Benefits).
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customers understand and commit to our solutions long-term. From onboarding support to follow-up communications, your ability to manage data accurately, handle objections confidently, and stay personally organised will be critical to your success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively engage with new Sage leads with the view to combat any objections and book the customer in for their onboarding call
Communicate the value of the SEB, understanding the customers' needs whilst tailoring conversations, helping to secure the sale.
Deliver engaging product webinars to employee to explain SEB
Arrange and conduct regular client interaction to ensure maximum customer account activation and retention.
Guide the client through uploading employee data onto the platform to onboard employees
Participate in the Implementation phase of the client journey when required
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles, "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements
Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role:
Excellent Customer/Stakeholder Management Skills.
Confident in B2B sales with proven objection-handling experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Excellent diary management and the ability to prioritise tasks based on severity.
Able to establish and maintain good working relationships built on trust and the ability to challenge.
A customer-first mindset, with a genuine desire to understand and exceed client expectations.
Driven/resilient with the ability to thrive under pressure and in challenging situations where priorities can shift and change at pace.
Commercial awareness to determine needs of high value customer and allocate time accordingly
