Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities



? Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts

? Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals

? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, support, marketing, product, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

? Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports

? Use the CRM and project management tools as directed and on a regular basis in line with standard processes

? Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

? Expand the company's customer base and revenue stream

? Build long-term relationships with customers and increase customer loyalty and retention

? Increase market share and brand awareness in the SaaS industry

? Continuously learn and improve sales skills and knowledge

Knowledge, skills and abilities



? Understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and best practices.

? Knowledge of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and solution selling.

? Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.

? Understanding of customer buying behaviours and decision-making processes.

? Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key players in the market.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong negotiation and closing skills.

? Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Generous basic pay - 35,000 starting salary with a generous commission structure (OTE 60,000).
