We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced candidate to manage and drive sales for the UK and European set of products and services.
As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the current UK/European territory; dealing with customer enquiries, supporting current subscribers and working with the data support team and the marketing team to drive growth in the territory.
Key Responsibilities include:
Learn and understand the dynamics of the self-storage industry (prior knowledge is a great advantage) and how our products meet the needs of the industry
Gain a detailed understanding of our products and services so as to be able to expertly represent the company to customers and prospects
Work with the marketing team on messaging, industry insights and analysis to improve communication to the UK and European self-storage industry
Handle all incoming leads in a professional sales manner including giving expert demonstrations of our products and services
Identify upsell opportunities and cancellation risks and create a strategy to support the territory's continued growth
Provide training and support to any customer in the territory on our products and services
Become proficient at using our CRM tool (Hubspot) and other communication and sales tools
Where required attend industry events to represent our products and services in a professional manner
Your background and experience:
Indepth knowledge and experience in self-storage industry
Experience and success in a sales or business development role with complex, enterprise-level, data-driven software products and services
Demonstrable high-level communication and presentation skills
Fluent English (other European languages are a plus)
Knowledge of data solutions and analytics
Highly organized and able to successfully handle a high volume of leads and support issues
And.. of course, a team player
This position offers a base salary of GBP40-50k plus a flexible commission/incentive programme where we expect a successful and impactful person to double their base salary in any given year.
This position is based anywhere in UK or Europe reporting is to our Global Sales Director, based in Florida, USA.
