We now have an attractive and exciting opportunity for a motivated, ambitious and driven individual to provide administrative support, working closely with different departments within the organisation Bank Park Group, which are an ever expanding businesses.


The

Account Executive

plays a vital role in ensuring our clients and customers receive outstanding service and support. Acting as the link between our customers and internal teams, you will use your communication and organisational skills to help manage key client accounts, resolve queries, and contribute to long-term partnerships that drive success.

This role is based at Bank Park Managements Head Office, Sheffield


We operate a hybrid, flexible working policy with opportunities to work from home.

Standard hours are

Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

, though flexibility may be required to meet business and client needs.

Salary:

27,500

Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, processes, and client engagement. Stay informed about Intelli-Park products, services, and innovations to provide proactive solutions.

Efficiently manage day-to-day customer enquiries and administrative tasks in line with SLAs. Handle cancellations, exemptions, permit requests, enquiries and other admin tasks assigned by the Account Managers. Maintain clear, structured documentation to ensure client information is always accurate and up to date.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Support the Account Managers and Key Account Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships. Provide seamless cover and account management support during colleague absence or leave.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience




Proven experience as an

Account Executive

,

Customer Service

, or

Client Support

professional. Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Understanding of sales and account management principles. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships. A proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude. Confident in Microsoft Office and other digital tools. Effective time-management and problem-solving skills. Goal-oriented team player. Full UK driving licence (use of a company pool car provided).
