We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and help shape the future of self-serve sales. In this role, you'll work directly with SMB customers who engage with our self-serve tools, helping them succeed while sharing insights that make our product even better. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on both customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities





Champion adoption of self-serve sales through our product, making it easy and intuitive for customers to buy and succeed. Proactively connect with high-intent leads who interact with our self-serve tools, ensuring they feel supported and confident. Guide SMB customers by helping them navigate product queries, offering solutions, and sharing feedback on recurring issues with Product and Support teams. Identify and reduce friction in the self-serve process to improve lead conversion and overall customer experience. Contribute to the creation and refinement of self-serve content that empowers customers to get the most out of the product.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise




Previous experience in technology sales, ideally SaaS or software, preferably with SMB accounts Natural curiosity: Ask thorough and pointed questions to explore how processes can be optimised. Confidence: To take initiative in prosing changes and confidently challenge the status quo. Self-motivation: Dedication and drive to meet and exceed goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; taking initiative, ownership, and direction of your role and career. Professional verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail. Active Listening: attentive to details provided, understanding both words and context, more interested in learning than speaking. Ability to adapt: Able to effectively adapt to working with different personas and customer problems as well as working with customers in different regions. Team player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within the team as well as across teams.
