Job Description

CPM are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our passionate Hyphen team on a fixed term basis and help deliver standout events and activations. Location:

Hyphen promotes a flexible working culture. For this role, we require candidates to attend one of our offices (Thame, Leeds, or Norwich) at least 3 days per week. Travel to events may be required based on project needs.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months

What Will I be doing?




You'll manage multiple accounts, combining office-based planning with hands-on event execution, including travel as needed.


From festivals to high streets and freshers' weeks, no two projects are the same. You'll work closely with clients to shape impactful experiences, oversee on-site teams, and bring creative, solution-led thinking to every brief.

Key Responsibilities



Support Account Managers and Account Directors in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with flair. Coordinate agendas, manage meetings, and drive forward actions. Assist in planning, production, and logistics for events and activations. Support creative development, including brainstorming and briefing designers and artworkers. Manage field teams, suppliers, and collaborate with internal colleagues. Handle financial tasks such as obtaining quotes, negotiating rates, purchasing, and reconciling projects.

Key Skills & Experience



Previous experience within in Events would be preferable, whether it's through an agency or other avenues, University, Charity etc Proactive mindset and genuine passion for live events and experiential marketing. Self-motivated, adaptable, resourceful, and accountable. Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with the ability to simplify complex plans. Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities. Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, and general digital tools.
