Account Executives and Account Managers are the main contact points for clients throughout their relationship with Astmoor Finance. Working alongside our experienced sales and admin support team you will prospect directors and business owners, review their requirements and source appropriate solutions from a range of financial products, whilst building long-term client relationships over the coming years.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Prospecting new clients through telesales, social media, trade events and other methods
Developing a full understanding of your clients' requirements and providing commercial finance solutions by offering a range of products including, but not limited to, asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and commercial mortgages
Building long term relationships with clients to encourage long-term repeat business
Handling inbound enquiries through calls and email
Drafting proposal documents and compiling compelling applications
Meeting and surpassing personal and team targets
Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date with all notes of activity
A high performing Account Executive will:
Research background information on appropriateness of prospects before engaging
Maintain a high standard of professional communication in all oral and written communication
Work with the team closely to support each other's skillsets
Develop own knowledge and skills
Stay vigilant against the risks of fraud and money laundering and report concerns promptly and appropriately
Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all your dealings and correspondence
Share best practices, achievements, and leanings with your colleagues to help training and development
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior telesales experience
B2B sales experience
Prior experience in financial services/accounting industry preferred
A full UK driving license
