Position Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Accounts Team in Manchester!
Your primary responsibility is to provide an efficient and professional service to each client, ensuring a positive client experience daily.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Involved in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to support and deliver business growth and profitability.
- Communicating information within the supply chain
- Ensure work documentation is on time for the right first production.
- Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensuring invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment.
- Involvement in print feasibility, artwork, and reprographics
- Evaluating colour control within the supply chain.
- Additional duties as assigned.

About You

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline oriented open-plan environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting

Essential skills and experience:
- Confident in the Design, Artwork, and repro process
- Experience in the packaging sector
- Some Print knowledge with the ability to communicate this to clients.
- Understanding of colour management
- Knowledge and comprehension of the demands and necessities of a supply chain

SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
