Location: United Kingdom (remote-friendly)
Languages: Fluent English
OTE: 85k to 130k (50 percent base, 50 percent variable), depending on experience and level
Focus: Full-cycle new business sales into UK finance teams
Coders Connect is partnering with a leading European SaaS company supporting CFOs and finance teams with consolidation, planning, and reporting tools. Backed by private equity investment and undergoing significant growth, they are expanding into the UK and hiring an Account Executive, open to both professional and senior-level profiles.
Whether you're an experienced AE looking to step into a more strategic role or already operating at senior level, this is a chance to shape growth in a key market, with strong enablement, high visibility, and serious earning potential.
What you'll do

  • Manage the full sales cycle across the UK, combining inbound leads with outbound activity
  • Engage directly with CFOs and finance decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise organisations
  • Tailor solution-based sales strategies to meet complex business needs
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, BDRs, and marketing to convert and grow pipeline
  • Lead commercial negotiations and ensure long-term value for customers
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual targets
Requirements
What we're looking for
  • Strong B2B SaaS or software sales experience (open to both professional and senior levels)
  • Proven track record in full-cycle new business sales
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in C-level conversations
  • Ability to manage consultative, complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the UK finance market is a bonus
  • Comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
Nice to have
  • Experience with FP&A, CPM, ERP or accounting tools
  • Background in business, finance, or economics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and structured methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN)
