The Account Executive plays a key supporting role in the smooth and successful delivery of creative and strategic projects for clients across the business. Working directly with different Projects & Partnership Managers (PPMs) on a priority basis. The Account Executive helps coordinate project activity, manage tasks and timelines, and uphold quality standards in work delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Project Delivery and Task Coordination

Support the PPMs, contributing to the coordinated delivery of client projects across the week. Assist in the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring deliverables are actioned on time, to brief, and to standard. Support in the writing of clear and actionable briefs for the design, content, digital and media teams. Maintain accurate schedules and task tracking using

Streamtime

, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams. Use

Notion

to access your daily tasks and update project documentation, roadmaps, and internal planning tools.
Workflow and Studio Support

Coordinate tasks and monitor progress via

Streamtime

, ensuring project boards are updated in real time. Support resourcing, studio scheduling, and internal communications through clear documentation and follow up. Help uphold internal quality assurance standards by contributing to project reviews and pre-delivery checks.
Client Engagement and Communication

Attend client meetings with PPMs and provide timely follow-up notes and actions (within 24 hours). Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and reports in collaboration with the wider team. Maintain consistent, professional communication using

for external interactions and

Teams

for internal coordination.
Development and Contribution

Engage actively in learning and development opportunities, including CPD, shadowing, and internal training. Contribute ideas for improving internal processes, tools, and delivery efficiency. Build knowledge of client sectors (particularly education) to better support delivery and communication.

Person Specification



Essential Attributes

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and task coordination. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Collaborative and solution-focused mindset. A high standard of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail.
Desirable

Experience in a communications, project support or administrative role within an agency or education setting. Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools. Interest in education, youth, or public-sector impact.
