Daily Dose is the largest cold pressed juice manufacturer in the UK. We produce all our drinks in-house at our Corby factory, after beginning life in our founder's mum's kitchen! At Daily Dose, we produce the finest cold pressed juice made from wonky fruit and veg which would otherwise be thrown away. We focus on sustainability; working with local farmers, turning our organic waste into Biofuels, and only using bottles made from recycled materials.
What will the job involve?
Supporting OOH channel & Co-packing, biggest part of the business currently and where we are building our brand and where our key customers are. Account Executive is responsible for managing operation, ensuring high standards of service, for numerous independent customers. This role is key to maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer experiences while working closely with production, logistics, and accounts teams. This role has growth opportunity to Account Manager at Daily Dose in the future.
Role Objectives
Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer journey from order to delivery.
Build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Support commercial growth through effective account management and opportunity identification.
Provide clear communication and insight to the business on trends and performance.
Contribute to operational excellence and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch to ensure smooth, on-time fulfilment.
Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance updates.
Support senior account managers and participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.
Keep CRM/ERP systems updated and maintain an organised database of clients and prospects.
Act as a link between customers, internal teams, and senior management.
Improve workflow efficiency and customer experience through strong communication and coordination.
Analyse trends and performance data to drive operational improvements.
Support ongoing process refinement to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, customer-focused problem-solver.
CRM/ERP experience (e.g., Odoo) and strong analytical/reporting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working cross-functionally; occasional travel required.
