Salary:

50,000-60,000 base + 80,000-110,000 OTE

Terms:

Permanent, 5 days per week

We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who's hungry to close deals, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in a fast-moving, purpose-driven SaaS environment.


This isn't your average sales role. You'll be selling a product that HR and People teams love, making a real impact across industries and geographies.

Your Mission



Own the full sales cycle - from engaging to closing, selling WorkBuzz to HR & People leaders across mid-market organisations. Drive outbound growth - supported by a high-performing SDR team, you'll build pipeline through smart prospecting and strategic vertical targeting. Deliver high-impact demos - show prospects how WorkBuzz transforms employee engagement and drives business results. Crush your number - you'll consistently exceed quota, backed by strong marketing support and compelling product-market fit. Build lasting relationships - become a trusted advisor to decision-makers (CPOs, HRDs, Heads of People) by understanding their challenges and aligning solutions to their strategy

What You'll Bring



5-7+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (HR tech a plus!) Proven success closing 30k+ deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes Skilled in value-based selling (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) Experience working with or selling to HR, People, or Operations leaders Tenacious, curious, and self-motivated - you love prospecting and learning Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically about account development Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with big goals
