Recycling Lives Services provide services for WEEE, Batteries and Packaging compliance as well as total waste management services. We provide UK wide coverage and by working closely with Recycling Lives Charity we deliver positive outcomes for people and planet in all we do. We deliver services that change lives.

Key responsibilities
:
Build strong, day?to?day relationships with operational decision?makers such as buyers, site managers, and local contacts within assigned accounts
Where applicable, work closely with Account Managers and follow existing account plans to identify and unlock new revenue opportunities within the client base, ensuring activity is aligned with overall account strategies.
Proactively engage clients to upsell services, renew contracts, and cross?sell additional solutions.
Monitor account health and retention metrics; address risks before they impact revenue.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and forecasts.
Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly growth targets.
Who you are:
You don't need previous sales experience - we're looking for the right attitude and drive.
You're proactive, energetic, and eager to learn quickly.
You're confident building relationships with buyers and site managers and can adapt your approach depending on the situation.
You're motivated by achieving results and ready to work in a high?activity, high?reward environment.
You have the resilience to handle challenges and the curiosity to find solutions.
Comfortable working to ambitious KPIs and revenue targets.
You're a strong communicator, comfortable on the phone, email, and in person.
