Part of the wider JMG Group, C&A Mackie Insurance Brokers have a team of insurance consultants who have a great deal of experience of finding the best value insurance cover, predominantly for driving instructor clients.

We've built up a strong relationship with numerous insurers, which allows us to find a range of attractive insurance solutions that are unavailable elsewhere. We understand that all motorists need different things from their insurance policy, and we pride ourselves on our ability to offer bespoke insurance services to each of our clients.

The Role

We have a fast-paced office, and our goal is to Continue to grow our vast client base. Working as part of the C&A Mackie driving school division, we are looking for someone to:

Assist customers with insurance inquiries and provide information on available policies Process insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the insurance database Prepare and send out insurance quotes and policy documents to customers Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding their insurance needs Follow up with customers to obtain missing information or documentation

Required Skills:

Ideally, knowledge of the insurance market and various types of insurance policies Experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is preferred Proficient in sales administration and customer service techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. The Account Handler will play a crucial role in supporting the insurance team by processing applications, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring accurate record keeping. Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year
