Account Handler

to join our team.

The Role

As an Account Handler, you will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery. You will work closely with sales, production, and logistics to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and developing existing customer accounts Processing orders, quotations, and specifications accurately Liaising with production and planning to ensure on-time delivery Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintaining customer records and pricing information Supporting the sales team with account administration and reporting

About You:

Previous experience in an account handling or customer service role (experience within corrugated packaging is highly desirable) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
