The role ?

As an Account Management Lead at Stuart, you'll do more than manage key accounts; you will lead, develop, and empower a team of talented Account Managers, shaping our expansion and fostering strategic, high-value relationships with iconic high-street brands.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing some of our most important client relationships directly and also for coaching your team to achieve peak performance and drive substantial revenue growth. You will serve as a crucial point of contact within Stuart for impactful cross-functional projects, driving initiatives such as product adoption, maximising client performance across your team's portfolio, and identifying key expansion opportunities for our business.

report to

the

Commercial Director

for the UK and be instrumental in defining the future of our delivery partnerships.

You are required to

work 3 days/week

in our office (Central London).

What will I be doing? uD83EuDD14



Shape and execute strategies to grow revenue and retain clients across the team's portfolio, aligned with company goals. Guide the team in building tailored, data-driven plans for their key accounts and delivering engaging presentations, demos, and strategic reviews. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and create a high-performance, feedback-driven culture. Act as the main point of contact for key cross-functional initiatives, such as promoting new products and identifying growth opportunities. Promote a client-first mindset, ensuring strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at client organisations. Proactively manage churn risks and implement effective client retention strategies. Build a culture of expertise in Stuart's products and operations so the team can act as trusted advisors. Personally manage a few high-value UK accounts, leading by example in strategic relationship management.

What do we need from you? uD83DuDE0E



Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior client-facing role (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Sales), ideally working with large enterprise clients. Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a team to deliver against ambitious targets. Track record of growing strategic accounts and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve performance or drive product adoption. Commercially sharp, data-savvy, and outcome-driven: you make decisions based on insight, not instinct. Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience in logistics, delivery, or tech is a plus.
